Within the Constantinus Palace Hotel, whose opening is scheduled for 2016 in Nis, congress center will be built.

The hotel will have 45 rooms, a banquet hall with 300 seats, a conference room with 400 seats, and a parking lot for 100 vehicles.

The conference room will be divisible into two sections and equipped with all required equipment for organizing conventions and other events. In addition, the Sky Lounge Bar will be located on the top floor.

The Constantinus Palace Hotel will be operating within the Tami Residence Hotel. This feature will surely contribute to the development of Nis as a MICE destination.
