Brief description:

RENEXPO® BiH will be held in period from 5th to 6th November 2014, at Hotel Hollywood in Sarajevo.

The three most important topics will be woody biomass and biogas, hydropower and energy efficiency in construction, industry and in the public sector. Theoretical, technical and economic potential for small hydropower plants construction, evidently helping environmental protection, become imperative and alarming need for gathering industry experts.

One of the topics that will be presented for the first time in one RENEXPO® fair and conferences is related to the installation of energy efficient street lighting. Significant potential savings requires the use of new technologies.

The goals of the event are to attract industry leaders and project managers from neighboring countries (Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia), but also from all over Europe and to bring them to the growing market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. During the two-day event will be presented results of a detailed analysis of the region with great potential for energy production from renewable sources. Local communities will present all the BiH energy sector activities – already implemented and available projects.
