Brief description:

Seminar Healthcare marketing will be held at Hotel Zlatnik, in Belgrade, Serbia on 18th April 2015.

At the seminar will be explained the basic concepts and activities, such as market and environment research, understanding the needs and desires of customers, the process of segmentation and selection of target markets, creating strategic positioning, creating a brand, then the marketing mix that consists of products/services, price, distribution and promotion of these additional elements who are important for the service. It will particularly emphasize the specificity of health services and their attributes, and what makes a quality service that leads to greater competitive advantage.

The seminar is designed for all providers of health services, directors and managers of hospitals, clinics, spas, pharmacies. It is also intended for employees in the ministry of health and other public services who have the need of understanding the strategic and tactical marketing thinking and health marketing.

The lecturer will be Doc. Dr. Maja Martinovic, a professor at Zagreb School of Economics and Management and Head of the Department of Marketing and Communications as Vice-Dean of Graduate School.
