Private MICE Forums are meetings that are specially designed for the independent hospitality sector. The idea behind these one-on-one meetings, which will take place at the end of August and early September, is to use an intimate setting to closely connect event planners
and independent hotels.

The concept is designed so that the organizers in advance select 25 hotels with which they will hold meetings. This year’s Private MICE Forums will be attended by 80 event planners and 75 hotels, and the total announced number of one-on-one meetings is around 2,000.
In addition, the participants will get to attend a gala dinner, as well as a networking program.
