The daily Figaro informs us that the interior of the construction will hold\u00a0apartments, shops, offices, and hotels.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The building of construction will take about five years and\u00a0will cost approximately 20 billion euro but developing the technology enabling life under water will\u00a0require about 15 years.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The company claims that the underwater city is a feasible project, and not a\u00a0dream.
