It represents\u00a0a new flagship property that is being developed in Bulgaria\u2019s capital.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hotel will be located within Grand Kanyon Sofia, a multi-use complex with residences, trade center\u00a0and green areas.
