            "content_html": "<h1>Meetings industry of the region gathered traditionally in Belgrade on November 18th, for 6th time, on the event popular known as SEEbtm Party, organized by portal SEEmice.com / Kongresniturizam.com and SEE business travel &amp; meetings magazine.</h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This event attended around 250 most important represents of hotel meetings industry, as well as companies \u2013 the event organizers. Among them, there were represents of pharmaceutical, IT, insurance, banking and auditor, food companies and many others.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The event is established as strong platform that connects most prominent participants in meetings industry \u2013 hotels, hotel chains and groups with key regional companies that are event planners and organizers.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This year\u2019s novelty are <strong>SEEbtm Awards</strong>.\u00a0SEEbtm Awards represent the recognition that were for the first time, in the organization of the portal Kongresniturizam.com and SEEbtm magazine, awarded to the best and most prominent hotels and facilities in the region, in the meetings industry for 2016.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Special importance and value of these awards is the fact that the awards were given based of votes of those who were direct buyers within the meetings industry, i.e. on the basis of votes of the event planners. Their opinion and vote are practically the most realistic at the very end, regardless of all other criteria, and those make the most impact.</p>\n<p>The awards were given in 22 categories, and, during the month of voting, from 17<sup>th</sup> October to 17<sup>th</sup> November the votes were given by more than <strong>6,500 voters</strong>.</p>\n<p>The voting, which was organized online, was participated by the voters from various countries (Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia&#8230;) and various industries (pharmaceutical and IT companies, representatives of food industry, nongovernmental houses, banks, audit companies, etc.) as well as the readers and jury of the SEEbtm magazine.</p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29575\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29575\" style=\"width: 800px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https://www.seebtm.com/wp-content/uploads/SRD_7546.jpg\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-29575\" src=\"https://www.seebtm.com/wp-content/uploads/SRD_7546.jpg\" alt=\"SEEbtm Party 2016\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https://www.seebtm.com/wp-content/uploads/SRD_7546.jpg 800w, https://www.seebtm.com/wp-content/uploads/SRD_7546-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.seebtm.com/wp-content/uploads/SRD_7546-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.seebtm.com/wp-content/uploads/SRD_7546-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.seebtm.com/wp-content/uploads/SRD_7546-630x420.jpg 630w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" /></a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29575\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">SEEbtm Party 2016</figcaption></figure>\n<p>When we talk about the criteria taken into account in forming the categories, the location of the hotel was the main criteria for 9 categories (in the city, outside the city (mountain, village, spa, ethno village) and the coast), as well as the number of rooms (less than 100, 100-200 and more than 200).</p>\n<p>For the remaining 13 categories, the criteria were the location, capacities, uniqueness of service or activities that the hotel or venue offers. The categories were not limited in number of the nominated, but one hotel/venue could compete in maximum of four categories.</p>\n<p>The uncertainty of the results of voting until the very close was proven by the fact that the category of <em>Best City Hotel</em> <em>with Conference Center</em> had two winners. And the independence of voting was proven by the fact that there were plenty of winners who were nominated externally, outside of the portal Kongresniturizam.com, which was the base for nominees.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201d<em>We celebrated first 10 years of operation of leading regional portal for event organizations <a href=\"http://www.seemice.com\">SEEmice.com</a> / <a href=\"http://www.kongresniturizam.com\">Kongresniturizam.com</a>.             "content_text": "Meetings industry of the region gathered traditionally in Belgrade on November 18th, for 6th time, on the event popular known as SEEbtm Party, organized by portal SEEmice.com / Kongresniturizam.com and SEE business travel &amp; meetings magazine.\nThis event attended around 250 most important represents of hotel meetings industry, as well as companies \u2013 the event organizers. Among them, there were represents of pharmaceutical, IT, insurance, banking and auditor, food companies and many others.\nThe event is established as strong platform that connects most prominent participants in meetings industry \u2013 hotels, hotel chains and groups with key regional companies that are event planners and organizers.\nThis year\u2019s novelty are SEEbtm Awards.\u00a0SEEbtm Awards represent the recognition that were for the first time, in the organization of the portal Kongresniturizam.com and SEEbtm magazine, awarded to the best and most prominent hotels and facilities in the region, in the meetings industry for 2016.\nSpecial importance and value of these awards is the fact that the awards were given based of votes of those who were direct buyers within the meetings industry, i.e. on the basis of votes of the event planners. Their opinion and vote are practically the most realistic at the very end, regardless of all other criteria, and those make the most impact.\nThe awards were given in 22 categories, and, during the month of voting, from 17th October to 17th November the votes were given by more than 6,500 voters.\nThe voting, which was organized online, was participated by the voters from various countries (Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia&#8230;) and various industries (pharmaceutical and IT companies, representatives of food industry, nongovernmental houses, banks, audit companies, etc.) as well as the readers and jury of the SEEbtm magazine.\nSEEbtm Party 2016\nWhen we talk about the criteria taken into account in forming the categories, the location of the hotel was the main criteria for 9 categories (in the city, outside the city (mountain, village, spa, ethno village) and the coast), as well as the number of rooms (less than 100, 100-200 and more than 200).\nFor the remaining 13 categories, the criteria were the location, capacities, uniqueness of service or activities that the hotel or venue offers. The bigger the budget, the bigger the opportunities to rent space, catering, lighting, sound system, music, decoration and other related services. Of course, it includes the skills in communication, organization and negotiations too.</p>\n<p>As we wanted to welcome people who are in the first place the professionals in what they do, we had no easy task to begin with in our efforts to impress the professionals in MICE industry. It means that the first thing they notice is high quality and any possible failures in the entire organization, catering, selection of venue, music and everything else. The idea was to add a relaxed but also exclusive and vibrant air to the event along with the pop &amp; rock music capable of connecting all generations, and so create conditions for a successful networking while having a great time. That is why I\u2019d like to point out that we got to grips with this adventure not only with courage, but also with enthusiasm and huge energy\u201c.</p>\n<p><strong>When? </strong>\u201cAs we planned for the first time to gather the representatives of meetings industry from Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia\u00a0\u00a0and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania and Greece in an event of international significance and with international participation, we decided that the date of SEEbtm Party should be the day of opening the International Fair of Tourism in Belgrade\u2013 IFT 2010, given that it is certainly the biggest tourism fair in the region and that most our partners take part in it. If not, it would certainly be an added value along with the networking at SEEbtm Party to use the opportunity and pay a business visit to IFT. As it was decided that the SEEbtm Party was going to be held in Belgrade, there was only the question of selecting the suitable venue. It requires considering the type of event, who the participants are, and what the goals of the event are. And above all what the available budget is. Is it a serious convention, or conference requiring all the delegates to be seated, product promotion, seminar or celebration? Each of them has their own specifics to be discussed.</p>\n<p>In our case, we wanted an exclusive venue, capable of accommodating 250-300 people and easily accessible, with the possibility to set up a stage and good lighting and technical support. Also, our aim was to present Belgrade to the guests out of town in the best way possible as the metropolis that it is.
