            "content_html": "<h1>This September my older daughter started school. School! First grader! The time flew by when crying, sleepless nights, and anxiety \u2013 both her and mine \u2013 made me doubt if I was doing the right thing, if I was making mistakes, and if my best efforts in organization, patience, strength, understanding, and love \u2013 whose limits I exceeded three times over since I became a mom \u2013 were enough?</h1>\n<p>It\u2019s as if it was yesterday that I was holding her hand while she \u2013 hesitant and faltering, but persistent \u2013 took her first steps. She didn\u2019t take them on her own until she was 110% sure. On the other hand, she was very confident about her words, and she started talking very early, bold as brass, charming people and leaving them speechless with her observations and remarks. Today she\u2019s starting school, full of confidence. She is excited about her new challenges. I am overwhelmed with pride and satisfaction. The puzzle pieces of invested effort, work, and dedication are nicely coming together. First of all, to show off a bit because hey, my kid is starting school!Second, the issue you\u2019re holding right now is special for both myself and our whole team, because it marks TEN YEARS since the first one saw the light of day! I know I don\u2019t have to say again that time flies. The path and process of development, progress, ups and downs, momentum, doubts and (in)securities are very similar to what one goes through with children. When we launched SEEbtm, we had no manuals or instructions on how to do it \u2013 just like when our daughter was born. Although it would most definitely be helpful, especially for the kid! In both cases, instinct did most of the work. Instinct, love, commitment, and desire to succeed. So yes, SEEbtm is kind of like our second child (the first and older one would be <a href=\"http://www.kongresniturizam.com\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em><strong>Kongresniturizam</strong></em></span></a>/<a href=\"http://www.seemice.com\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em><strong>SEEmice</strong></em></span></a> <img src=\"https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/12.0.0-1/72x72/1f642.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude42\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em; max-height: 1em;\" /> ).</p>\n<p>There were times when I wondered if we were doing the right thing and if the work and effort we put into every issue of SEEbtm even yielded any results. Are we doing what we\u2019re doing at the highest possible level because nothing less is acceptable for what we stand for, the industry we represent, and our long\u00adstanding partners and readers whose trust we enjoy? What can we do better? What does the region\u2019s event industry need right now? What knowledge or information do event planners need? How do we spark interest and maintain it? How do we innovate? These are some of the questions I keep asking. And as usually, an acknowledgement of work and dedication comes when we least expect it \u2013 a wonderful comment, respect, fantastic praise, and even open admiration are the greatest satisfaction we\u2019ve encountered in recent years as validation of our efforts, of SEEbtm values, and of what the magazine stands for.</p>\n<p>After every unexpected praise, the world stops for a moment, just like when the teacher tells you, \u201cI don\u2019t know what you\u2019re doing, but whatever it is \u2013 keep it up.\u201d Without the tremendous trust and support of many of our long\u00adstanding partners and associates, SEEbtm would certainly not be what it is today, and probably wouldn\u2019t even exist. Those who have our deepest gratitude will know who they are. Without you, our dearest readers, SEEbtm wouldn\u2019t have a purpose. Thank you for your time and interest, those are not easy to set aside and stimulate these days. In today\u2019s turbo-production, this \u00a0is, unfortunately, quite common. However, if and when it happens, it should be a serious warning and alarm to the organizer and all parties involved in the organization, to \u00a0urgently stir up and reassess their approach and strategy.</p>\n<p>Why? The main goal of each and every event is to make an impression on its target \u00a0group. To impress, intrigue, wonder, laugh, entertain, teach, raise awareness, stimulate emotion. To create energy, establish the frequency, and thus, find its way to, usually \u00a0over-engaged brain of the participants and create an impulse referring to the company, brand, a product or a theme, new approach or idea.</p>\n<p>When this is not the case, the effect of such an event is like an unwinding of a rich wrapped gift, that is, when the box is opened, empty. There\u2019s nothing. If you have not made an impression at event, it is as if you organized an event where nobody showed \u00a0up. \u201cThe effect\u201d is the same.</p>\n<p>To forestall such a nightmare for any organizer, it is necessary at the very outset to be so aware of what is the most appealing to all delegates. Logical, right?<br />\nFor this purpose, in this issue of SEEbtm magazine, we explored what the participants of the event considered most important to them and what made the greatest impression, depending on whether they attended a congress, seminar, corporate gathering or team building.
