            "content_html": "<h1>The sale of Belgrade\u2019s Convention Center, Sava Center, was announced in the first half of January, with a starting price of 25 million EUR.</h1>\n<p>A new owner will have to invest another 50 million EUR in its reconstruction over the next five years and will not change its purpose because this building, designed by architect Stojan Maksimovic, is in the process of being entered in the catalog of cultural goods.
