Customised guest service is our trademark and we were thrilled to be recognized for this in this year\u2019s Forbes Tra\u00advel Guide \u2013 the only independent rating system for hotels, restaurants and spas globally \u2013 which scored our hotel highly for customer service. Even though that the service and the hotel facilities are rated, most of the standards \u2013 up to 75% refer to the service.
