The group\u2019s entry into Slovenia will come through <strong>Hotel Palace Portoro\u017e</strong>, a 183-room resort known for its heritage in wellness and gastronomy.             "content_html": "<p>Austria\u2019s HETA, together with HETA Beteiligungen GmbH and ISTRIAN HOTELS, a member of MK Group, on 17th\u00a0October 2017, signed a sale and purchase agreement for the sale of 100% shares in all <strong>Skiper group</strong> companies today. Istrian hotels submitted the best bid at the international tender for the acquisition of this luxury complex at the Adriatic, completed at end-September this year. Istrian hotels submitted the best bid at the international tender for the acquisition of this luxury complex at the Adriatic, completed at end-September this year.
