            "content_html": "<p>During snowy days in Bijelo Polje (Montenegro) appeared sculpture of Ice Dragon, made by students of the Faculty of Visual Arts under the guidance of their professors.</p>\n<h1>Ice Dragon is located in the town square, and according to the idea of the creator, the dragon should reach a length of 20 m.</h1>\n<p>To create a current sculpture was spent 5 truckloads of snow, and creators have devoted a lot of attention to the details.</p>\n<p>Thanks to the extremely cold temperatures, snow turned into ice mass, and the dragon sculpture will decorate the square in Bijelo Polje in the next month.</p>\n<p>Given that in the world&#8217;s various festivals of ice sculpture are held, the sculpture of this can be an excellent idea for starting festival in the region.
