            "content_html": "<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Herceg Novi has finished with the project preparation for candidature for the Title of Title of<a href=\"http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/creative-europe/actions/capitals-culture_en.htm\" target=\"_blank\"> European Capitals of Culture</a>, in October this year.</h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By submitting an application, &#8220;Herceg Novi 2021&#8221; was completed the first of three stages of applying for the Title of European Capitals of Culture.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">European Capitals of Culture project was launched in 1985 and acquired for a period of one year.
