The owner and investor of the Best Western Plus Hotel Park is Mr. Serba Ilich. That makes hotel Park one of the largest investments from Serbian diaspora. Mr. Ilich is also the owner of Srbija-Turist in Nis, which has three hotels and is currently building the fourth \u2013 Grand Hotel Nis.
