Every single aspect counts.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If any of these things is experienced as unique, distinct, and specific to a destination, our\u00a0impressions are more profound and stay longer with us. On the other hand, the combination\u00a0of all these components creates the final impression and the so-called vibes we\u00a0get from a destination or location.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beautiful or interesting architecture or magnificent parks are just some of the highlights.\u00a0More or less, we\u2019ve all seen such things before. Team building activities include more\u00a0than getting employees together to spend two hours playing fun games. The chances\u00a0are that most of them already experienced something similar. We all know\u00a0how much being active affects our physical and mental\u00a0health, but our lack of time serves as an excuse to often\u00a0do nothing and not even try to do something about it.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The issue and importance of health are becoming an increasingly\u00a0present topic, as well as are well-being and mental and spiritual harmony of\u00a0business people. We can\u2019t have success in business and personal relationships if we don\u2019t\u00a0take care of our own health and needs. We keep forgetting this.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For decades, health has been used as collateral for professional success. Discarded as an\u00a0old childhood toy in the attic, having more importance to us than we are aware.<br />\nWe hastily make the decision to deal with our own health at some later point. As soon\u00a0as we finish an urgent project. As soon as we sign a contract. As soon as we find some\u00a0time.\u00a0We fail to realise that health is a precondition for professional success. Or even that\u00a0professional\u00a0success is worthless without it.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The time we should start moving is not Monday, but RIGHT NOW.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Get up from your chair immediately and walk at least to the window to breathe some air\u00a0and see how magnolias have bloomed across the street. Get back with an open mind for\u00a0ideas about being active, healthy, and happy with your work. \u00a0ALL of us can do it, and all\u00a0of us have difficulties STARTING.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But the results are indispensable.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this issue of SEEbtm, we\u2019ll give you concrete suggestions about how you can affect\u00a0your health, the health of your employees, of participants at different events, small changes\u00a0to the usual routine, and activities anyone can do, and by promoting and encouraging\u00a0thinking about this issue.</p>\n<h1><strong><em>\u201cTake care of your body.
