            "content_html": "<h1>The Mona Plaza Hotel, a current project of Mona Hotel Management, will open its doors in November this year, and incorporate many innovations into the present hospitality practice.</h1>\n<p>As the hotel was built on the site of what was once Belgrade&#8217;s first chocolate factory, the Mona Plaza team of chefs and pastry chefs decided to include the story of the &#8220;chocolate foundation&#8221; of the new hotel into every segment of its service.
