            "content_html": "<h1>At the end of May of this year agency <em><strong><a href=\"http://seemice.com/Agency/meridian-dmc-kotor\">Meridian DMC</a></strong></em> from Kotor has, together with partners from Israel, organized a program for a young group from Israel that numbered 170 people.</h1>\n<p>The activity that the clients anticipated with the excitement was the party day on the St. Nicholas Island in Budva \u2013 Montenegrian Hawaii. The clients were greeted by a DJ, sunbeds and umbrellas, beach-volleyball court, open bar and crystal clean water \u2013 where they enjoyed kayaking, SUPs and crazy sofas. After the active part of the day, the clients crowned their stay on the island with a fantastic lunch under the pine trees. How much is crea\u0004tivity really important in that ma\ber? What are specific needs of incen\u0004tive trips? Answers on these and other ques\u0004tions gave us Ivana Sofranac, Project Manager and Iva Vujovic, Senior Project Manager, who work in agency <a href=\"http://seemice.com/Agency/talas-m-dmc-budva\">Talas Montenegro DMC.</a></em></strong></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong><em>Event organiza\u0005tions is said to be crea\u0005tive job. How does this turn out to be true in practi\u0005ce?</em></strong></span></p>\n<p>Of course, can you imagine organizing events that always look like one another, what would be the purpose? Wider vision and escape from a comfort zone are defini\u0004tions of crea\u0004tivity in MICE industry. For example, when you see the beach, it\u2019s not the only thing that needs to be seen. Besides that you need to imagine tables, why not set up in the water or synchronized<br />\nswimmers? Your next step is passing this idea to the others. A\u0006fter a while they will be able to<br />\nshare your vision. Our creati\u0004vity and ability to find the solu\u0004on for \u201calmost impossible\u201d made us recognizable and succesfull on the MICE market.</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong><em>How do you define a crea\u0005tive concept?</em></strong></span></p>\n<p>Flexibility is MUST in our business. Knowing that the client is one of the biggest manufacturers<br />\nfrom the cleaning industry in France we picked \u201ccleanness\u201d as a theme and cleanness of our<br />\ncountry perfectly fi\bed in. Our idea was to give different name to each day, so Boka bay tour became \u201ceau claire\u201d (our clean sea) and the next day \u201cair frais\u201d (fresh air). The visit of<br />\nKotor became discovering Kotor through five senses enriched by adding a small Kotor carnival, as a one of the first things that came up to our minds when we men\u0004on Kotor. They had a well-balanced program and they enjoyed the things that are definitely not part of their everyday life. The fact that every single moment during this trip was planned especially for them was also an important factor. During site inspec\u0004on the client said \u201cI want to see stars in their eyes\u201d and this sentence was leading us through all the prepara\u0004ons all the way to the successful event.</p>\n<p><strong><em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">What does the incen\u0005ve trip mean for them?</span></em></strong></p>\n<p>Those are the trips to talk about during the whole year and this company organizes them once a year. The success of an event is measured by sati\u0004sfac\u0004tion of the par\u0004cipants and the fact that they had a chance to learn something new, that they felt privileged and built the stronger connec\u0004tions with their team. It\u2019s a pleasure for us to learn from the client about the percentage of the ROI a\u0006er the incenti\u0004ve trip. Most of our clients come from Europe but we also open the door for more and more new, worldwide markets. They put us in the new missions and thanks<br />\nto that we run out of the usual way of thinking and ac\u0004ting. That\u2019s what makes our job so interes\u0004ng and dynamic. We put so much of our \u0004time in exploring and educati\u0004on. We listen because every culture has its own story.</p>\n<p>Everything unknown and unseen is a challenge. On this occasion we spoke with Daniel Marusic, General Manager of <em><strong><a href=\"http://www.seemice.com/Agency/dt-croatia-dubrovnik-travel\">DT Croatia</a></strong></em>, regarding challenges and doing business in the past 20 years.</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>What were the biggest challenges for your business in the past 20 years?</strong></span></p>\n<p>DT Croatia has been established in 1998. After year 2000. DT started turning more and more towards MICE business and after a short period of time specializes in MICE and groups only business. We recognized the weak points of the local and regional competition, so it was clear how to make the system work better to make a more attractive service together with DT local service providers \u2013 hotels, restaurants, guides, transport and others. That was the biggest challenge. We grew along with all our partners and we succeeded to establish MICE standards in this industry. We are planning new projects that will demand from us a different approach in our everyday business. It is a new product that will ensure us the advantage in this industry.</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>How many successful events have you organized?</strong></span></p>\n<p>I can freely say over 1,000 incentive groups and meetings \u2013 not including other groups that do not have MICE elements, and those were also over 1,000. How do you cherish cooperation with clients?</strong></span></p>\n<p>Numerous awards, regional and international, prove all our work of all our people and right approach for MICE standards, to which we pay great attention. After year 2000. DT started turning more and more towards MICE business and after a short period of time specializes in MICE and groups only business. We recognized the weak points of the local and regional competition, so it was clear how to make the system work better to make a more attractive service together with DT local service providers \u2013 hotels, restaurants, guides, transport and others. That was the biggest challenge. We grew along with all our partners and we succeeded to establish MICE standards in this industry. We are planning new projects that will demand from us a different approach in our everyday business. It is a new product that will ensure us the advantage in this industry.\nHow many successful events have you organized?\nI can freely say over 1,000 incentive groups and meetings \u2013 not including other groups that do not have MICE elements, and those were also over 1,000. The trip was held from 8<sup>th</sup> to 10<sup>th</sup> May 2015, and for the organization of this incentive programe they have choose <strong>Talas-M DMC </strong>from Budva.[/quote_box_center]</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Their employees gathered from various European countries including Sweden, Germany, and Finland, all of which house Netlight offices in their beautiful cities.</p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Talas-M DMC</strong> and <strong>Occasion</strong> were selected to execute a spectacular travel incentive program that would evoke a high-end experience to Montenegro and Croatia.</h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Talas-M DMC and Occasion found a new way to combine <strong>two countries</strong>, only <strong>three days</strong> and <strong>five venues</strong> for a total of <strong>500 participants</strong>. This event included over <strong>200 staff members</strong> who successfully accomplished their goal.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The group arrived at the Dubrovnik airport from various cities such as Helsinki, Stockholm and Munich. The <strong>program began at the Port of Dubrovnik</strong> and continued on to the Ferry boat \u201cSveti Stefan\u201d on their way to the second secret destination, Montenegro.</p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>2 countries</em></span></h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>3 days</em></span></h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>5 venues</em></span></h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>500 participan<span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">t</span></em>s</span></h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Netlight visitors were greeted by a Gipsy band that sang traditional Balkan songs and danced to welcome their guests. This warm greeting was followed by a welcome dinner in the wonderful boat restaurant. During the night the participants had the opportunity to utilize five stages with different kinds of music, as they were cruising from Croatia to Montenegro and overlooking the sea on the panoramic terrace.</p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>The second day</strong> started with a conference on the <strong>Summer Stage in Cetinje</strong>, upon arrival the consultants tasted local donuts with honey, domestic\u00a0coffee and tea. The program began at the Port of Dubrovnik and continued on to the Ferry boat \u201cSveti Stefan\u201d on their way to the second secret destination, Montenegro.\n2 countries\n3 days\n5 venues\n500 participants\nThe Netlight visitors were greeted by a Gipsy band that sang traditional Balkan songs and danced to welcome their guests.
