Pula’s Arena Hospitality Group has concluded a framework agreement for the takeover of hotel 88 Rooms in Belgrade, with a value of about EUR 6.3 million.

All other necessary conditions for completion of the transaction should be fulfilled by the end of this year, after which 88 Rooms will become part of Arena Hospitality Group, and will also have a new name \u2013 Arena Hotel 88.
